Three On Thursday

It is Thursday once again my friends and for today's
Three On Thursday we have ...


EMOTIONS 


1. DISAPPOINTED
I won the Ebay bid for the typewriter i wanted.  
It arrived yesterday and I was so excited to try it.
But my happy face turned sour the second I discovered
that it is NOT WORKING !!!

2. EXCITED
I haven't started my Project Life album yet since I am still
waiting for my pictures to be printed.  But I assure you the
minute those pictures are ready I will be scrapping
like crazy!

3. ANTICIPATING
Nope no "Baby" on the way hahaha ... I love photobooks 
and I just ordered a new photobook from Blurb and it is 
scheduled to arrived on March 2. I can't wait to see it.

It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas

Happy Monday Everyone!

Yes ... Christmas came early at our house today!

The second I opened the door and saw this ...

Yep, that smile on the Amazon box was placed there for a reason ...

to make me HAPPY !!!

I immediately know what's inside and a Johnny Mathis song

started playing on the background

"It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas"

Folks ... Finally my "Project Life" kit is here !!!!

It was a CRAZY Friday last week when Becky Higgin's restocking of

her products (page protectors mostly) took place at Amazon.

Project Lifers were on a panic mode and holding their breaths and 

praying that there will still be some products left for them to

purchase (including me) 

There was a crazy checking, refreshing of pages and frantic following

of Becky's blog, facebook and twitter updates.

Some products were on the brink of extinction even before Amazon 

was even done uploading them on their system.

The second my page protectors came on line on Amazon I placed all

of the stuff I wanted on my Amazon cart and clicked 

PLACE ORDER ... PURCHASE ... P-A-Y !!!

woohoo !!! yes !!!

So, today, Monday is like Christmas for me and what a wonderful sight

I got the Clementine Edition Kit
and the 60 pieces of Design A and Design D page protectors


Now I am super duper excited to start my Project Life 2012 Scrapbook

Three On Thursday

Today I am going to start Three On Thursday


I will be sharing THREE things every Thursday 
it could be photographs, ideas, stuff on the web etc


So for this week my Three On Thursday will be about


WAITING


1. Waiting for this manual typewriter to be mine

I wanted the blue version but it is more expensive than this one
I hope I win the Ebay bid


2. Waiting for my own creative space 

this is one of my inspiration photos

3. Waiting for Project Life page protectors to be available

waiting for FEBRUARY feels like eternity

I found out from Becky Higgins that by the end of this week

they will finally be available on Amazon (hallelujah)

Take Twelve Photo Challenge

Yesterday I joined the Take Twelve Photo Challenge by

Ella Publishing Co.

The idea behind this challenge is to take 

12 photos on the 12th of each month and 

Scrapbook 144 memorable moments this year

They also have a Flickr group where you can share your work

2012 Take Twelve Flickr Group

The other participants in this challenge are mostly documenting

their day through their 12 pictures.

I kinda don't want to do that since I am already doing

Project Life 2012 documenting my every life one picture a day

and I just recently participated in Ali Edwards' "A Day In The Life"

documenting my whole day ...

So for this challenge I wanted it to be ME

showing through my photographs things that I find interesting

this particular 12th day of the month

As usual I will be incorporating this with my Project Life album

as an 8 x 10 insert

A Day In My Life YESTERDAY

This is my first time to participate in Ali Edwards' "A Day In The Life"
project ... and yesterday was quite different since I have to
document my whole day ...


I will be incorporating this project into my Project Life 2012 
as an 8x10 insert.


It was funny since there were times that I had panic moments
because I forgot to take pictures on some activities


Anyway I'm glad I took part on this project ... 
it makes you appreciate your life no matter how simple (like mine)
Looking at my pictures from yesterday makes me say ...
Thank You Lord for my family and blessings !

I am participating in Ali Edwards' "A Day In The Life"

documenting TODAY ...

Taking pictures the whole day and documenting my life

through pictures.

My life is not as exciting or interesting as other people 

but I am still curious on how this project will turn out.

The day is not over yet and I have taken quite a few

photos by now ...

I would like to share with you a snippet of how this

project is progressing

I am planning to incorporate this project into my Project Life 2012
as an 8x10 insert.
